Enhanced Visibility in Scheduling with Submitted Bids

Schedulers, your feedback has been heard! Our new update allows you to display and collapse submitted bids in Calendar Editor Pro, Grid Editor Pro, and Grid Editor Expert. This feature not only provides a clearer overview of available bids but also facilitates easy drag-and-drop scheduling, making your job more efficient and intuitive.

Drag and Drop Functionality for Bid Management

Building on the previous feature, schedulers can now effortlessly drag and drop submitted bids over the desired open shift. This intuitive interface simplifies the process of matching bids to shifts, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process.

Validating Processed Bids Post Drag-and-Drop

Improved Navigation with Revised Quick Menu

For scheduling admins managing extensive schedules, we’ve added a frozen header row in Calendar Editor Pro and Grid Editor Pro.  In our ongoing effort to enhance user experience, we’ve moved the quick menu items to a new, more accessible header in Calendar Editor Pro, Grid Editor Pro, and Expert. This adjustment means fewer clicks and faster access to frequently used features, streamlining your workflow.

Hidden Column Addition for Time Off Requests

To provide schedulers with more context in managing time-off requests, we’ve added a “Replacing Employee” column, which will be hidden by default. This feature allows you to see who is designated as a replacement, aiding in the decision-making process for approving requests. Plus, with the ability to save grid settings, you can tailor the interface to your preferences, making your scheduling tasks more manageable and personalized.
